It’s been a busy week here at Front & Social Chicago.  We’ve launched a new consumer blog, The Chicago Museum Blog and our first professional blogging workshop through Chicago Blog Tutor.  In addition to these great milestones, we’ve posted some great content though our publishing network.

PRSA Suburban Chicago

PRSA Suburban Chicago is a WordPress driven site that we built for the Public Relations professional group about a year ago.  They’re really starting to take off with the site now that Debra Caplick is working the back-end.  They have a great program coming up on October 11 featuring guest speaker Alan VanderMolen, President and CEO, Global Practices and Diversified Insights Businesses for Edelman.  This will be no doubt a great program.  [Diversity in Dollars: Cultural Awareness’ Impact on Your Bottom Line]

Moon Wok

Moon Wok is an awesome Chinese/Thai Restaurant in north suburban Glenview and we’re helping with their social, email marketing and digital strategy.  Each week, the Moon Wok Master announces a new weekly special on the restaurant’s website and it’s then syndicated though email and social.  Check it out!  [Website | Twitter]

Midwest Wine Press 

Midwest Wine Press has retained Front & Social Chicago to help with WordPress development and Blog Strategy.  This site is a great example of how WordPress can be used to build great online publications and support an editorial work flow.  For the wine business, it’s harvest season to MWP is busy at work covering all of the fall harvest news.  [MidwestWinePress.com]

Country Music Chicago

Our flagship publication, Country Music Chicago, is still plugging away with the help of three great writers.  Most recently, Julie Kaylin covered a suburban Josh Gracin concert and blogger Eileen Patton covered Lady Antebellum’s newest album release, “Own the Night”.

Country Music Traveler

Sister publication to CMC, Country Music Traveler provides all types of great travel resources for country music fans.  CMC Associate Editor Sara Rose recently covered the long-awaited announcement of the new home of the Musician’s Hall of Fame in Nashville.
